What is Tension Release Therapy?

Tension Release Therapy™ is La Sculp’s proprietary pain management, athletic recovery & optimization technique created to discover tension in the body that results from overcompensation due to lifestyle or injuries. Our therapist uses various techniques to release tension, correct overcompensation, relieve pain, bring back range of motion, and build improvements in movement.

What is Tension Tracing?

Tension Tracing™ is La Sculp’s unique body reading technique that enables our therapist to accurately pinpoint tension in preparation for your therapy session.

What do you mean by "outcome based"?

Our goal is to provide you with results, period. Whether you are one of our professional athletes looking to throw a 100mph fastball, a pro mom looking to lift and tone skin, or a pro-human looking to reduce daily aches and pains; meeting your desired outcome is our primary focus.

How much does a session cost?

Our pricing is a happy middle ground of “NOT CHEAP, NOT EXPENSIVE”. Our Tension Release Session costs a flat rate of $150 per hour and we have sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept any types of insurance. Due to the oversight, billing, and hands-tied approach that insurance tends to cause practitioners, we decided to provide insurance-free services to allow full autonomy for our Tension Release Therapist to get better outcomes for you.

Are you physical therapy?

We are not physical therapists. We develop unique therapies catered toward achieving over-the-top client outcomes in innovative ways. All of our therapists are certified through La Sculp with hundreds of hours of training in Tension Release Therapy™ .

Is it your first time?

La Sculp therapist are trained in Tension Release Therapy™ which focuses on the bodies ability to compensate through injury, stress, movement, & daily life. Sometimes though, after a injury or many years of repetitive movements, the body can over-compensate leaving you will tightness and tension in your muscles, tendons, and ligaments that can lead to pain beyond what you feel and open up further possibility of injury.

For all first time clients, we ask that you either choose to do a Full Assessment or give us a try with a 15-mintue complimentary session.
